The investment zone is situated within the administrative borders of  Ociąż. The locality is one of the biggest and the most dynamic villages in the municiplity of Nowe Skalmierzyce. It’s located near state road number 25, which connects  Kalisz and Ostrów Wlkp. one of the biggest  cities in Great Poland.  The area occupies 50 ha and is a part of a bigger complex allocated for business purposes by the local authorities. The area for access roads has been marked out so far. Future plans include developing a sewage system and electric network. Moreover, a businessman creating new workplaces can get the real estate tax exemptation. However, the exemptation for tax payers, who either increase employment  or create new workplaces for at least 201 people, can not be longer than 9 years. In September 2009, a modern ring road situated near the subzone of Łodzka Special Economic Zone ,was opened to use. It’s also the place of COM40 and CORRECT big project. The existing Łódź-Tuplice route enables exploiting rail infrastructure. The local government is open to any proposals of co-operation in all areas of social and business life. The award of the Club of Business Cheetahs and a prize for a business friendly town and municipality awarded by the  Local Business Institution, can prove it.
